Bruce has held virtually every position in the facilities management field over the span of a 30 year career. HVAC/Electrical Manager, Safety Manager, Facilities Director, District Manager, Loyalty Champion, Vice President for Operations and Consultant.

In 2012 Bruce made the decision to form Advanced Facilities Services, Inc., with the goal of developing a new model that focused on client needs, rather than corporate returns.

Bruce focuses on technical training, operational support and budget oversight for the schools that AFS is privileged to serve.
