Wages and Salaries

Employees of Our Clients

Depending on the requirements of our agreement with each individual client, employees in the departments managed by AFS may continue to be employed by our client:

• All staff who are managed by AFS but remain in the employ of our client will continue to be paid at their current rate.
• All staff who are managed by AFS but remain in the employ of our client will maintain their seniority.
• At the discretion of our client, staff may be required, or may be given the option, to be employed by AFS.

Employees of Advanced Facilities Services, Inc.

All AFS managers and front line staff are paid fair and equitable wages based on position, skill and market conditions.

• Any staff members who move to the payroll of AFS are paid an amount equal to their current base pay. 
• Labor laws vary slightly by state, and AFS will always assure compliance with these and all relevant federal statutes.

Employees of Our Clients

Depending on the nature of our agreement with each individual client:

• All staff who are managed by AFS but remain in the employ of our clients also remain on their current benefit plans.
• Depending on the particulars of our agreement, new employees may be employees of our client or of AFS.
• Any staff members who move to the payroll of AFS are eligible for benefits as described below for employees of AFS.

AFS pays a portion of the cost of benefits for full-time employees as described below:

• Medical Insurance
• Dental Insurance
• Vision Insurance
• Life Insurance
• 401(k) with Employer Match
• Paid time Off based on length of service
• Part-time benefits and AFS contributions differ
