Policies and Procedures
Quality is ultimately assured through performance. Performance is governed through adherence to both client and AFS policies and procedures, which cover virtually all aspects of the operation. AFS will review all policies and procedures for currency and thoroughness, adjust as needed, and ensure proper application.
